People change jobs, so a list that was clean in January is not clean in June. Domailfix re-checks your lists inside your email tools on a schedule.

  1. Open Clean lists in your tools and connect Mailchimp, Brevo, Instantly, Smartlead or another tool.
  2. Pick a list and check it once.
  3. Under Check it again automatically, choose every month or every 3 months.
  4. Keep tagging on, so bad addresses are marked in your tool. You get an email after every run.

What the results mean

Deliverable

The address is valid and can receive mail. Safe to send.

Likely valid

The address is very likely real, but it cannot be fully confirmed. Usually fine to send; watch your bounce rate.

Risky

The address may work but cannot be confirmed, for example because the company accepts every address, or the mailbox is full. Send with care.

Undeliverable

The address is badly formed or does not exist. Remove it.

Unknown

No clear answer was available this time. You are not charged. Try again later.

How do I verify a list of emails?

Drop a CSV or TXT file above, or paste the addresses, and click Verify list. When it finishes, download the results as a CSV file.

How many emails can I verify at once?

Up to 50,000 addresses in one list.

How much does bulk verification cost?

1 credit per unique address. Duplicates are checked once and Unknown results are free.

Why should I clean my list before sending?

Bounces hurt your sender reputation and push your emails into spam. Removing invalid addresses keeps your bounce rate low.

Is my list stored?

No. Results are deleted from our server 2 hours after the check finishes.
