What the email finder does

Domailfix finds the address the person really uses at the company and gives you the one that is confirmed. When the company accepts every address, you get the most likely one, clearly marked as an estimate.

What the results mean

Deliverable

The address is valid and can receive mail. Safe to send.

Likely valid

The address is very likely real, but it cannot be fully confirmed. Usually fine to send; watch your bounce rate.

Risky

The address may work but cannot be confirmed, for example because the company accepts every address, or the mailbox is full. Send with care.

Undeliverable

The address is badly formed or does not exist. Remove it.

Unknown

No clear answer was available this time. You are not charged. Try again later.

How do I find someone's work email?

Enter their full name and the company website above and click Find email. Domailfix shows the address that is confirmed.

How much does the email finder cost?

2 credits when an email is found, or when Domailfix shows the person has left the company with proof. 1 credit for a likely valid or risky address, and nothing for unknown or when no email is found.

What if the person has left the company?

When the address cannot be confirmed and there is public proof that the person no longer works there, Domailfix shows Undeliverable (left company) with a link to the proof. This costs 2 credits, like a found email, because it saves you from emailing the wrong person.

Can I find emails for a list of people?

Yes. Use the bulk email finder: upload up to 500 names and company websites at once.

Does it work with Gmail or Yahoo addresses?

No. It finds work emails at company websites, not personal addresses.
